THE PICS return to home soil on Saturday with the visit of Lowestoft Town (kick-off 3.00pm).
With three big points up for grabs and various Non League Day offers available, we urge as many of you as possible to come along and cheer us on.
"I’d like to think that with it being Non League Day we’ll get some extra support here to help push us on,” said manager, Liam McDonald. "As has been proved during my time here, the crowd can really play its part and I urge you all to get right behind the players from the first whistle to the last on Saturday against a side that sit just two points above us.
"We need everyone pulling in the same direction to give us the best possible chance to get the three points.
"We’re in a tough place at the moment. It’s the first ‘low’ we’ve had since I arrived at the club and whilst it is easy to be critical, you also have to remember that this group has only lost six of the 39 League games that we have played stretching back into last season.
"That said, we need to get out of this quickly and start getting points on the board. Out target is still there to be reached and as a club we will stick together in order to get to where we want to be.
"As a staff we are doing all we can to make things happen; this is a good group of players but for whatever reason it is not happening for them at the moment.
"We will continue to give them as much confidence as we can because I know that when things do start to click into place, we’ll be flying. I am confident that our fortunes will change, but, as I say, it has to happen sooner rather than later.”
Our visitors have won three of their eight League games this term.
