STANLEY MUGISHA

Lightning quick front runner with an eye for a goal who returned to Dales Lane to begin a second spell with the pics after transferring from neighbours Chasetown. He originally linked up with the Pics on trial during summer 2013 and impressed greatly during the pre-season campaign after ending season 2012-13 with Bilston Town and August 2013 signed a 12-month contract with a further option in the Pics favour. A former England schoolboy player, he is a completely unpredictable but hard working forward that makes him a nightmare to defend against. Exceptionally quick with close ball control he excels at dribbling at defenders and is an accomplished finisher with both feet. He first came to prominence in Southern League football with Slough Town during the 2007-08 campaign having stepped up from Slough Junior Mohawks. Whilst with the rebels he was also dual-signed, first with Hillingdon Borough and then with Flackwell Heath for much of the 2008-09 season. During the 2012-13 campaign he featured for AFC Hayes in the Southern League and Windsor FC, while also having spells with Goodrich FC and Bilston Town in local football in the West Midlands during the past two seasons. A tremendous debut campaign for the Pics during season 2013-14 saw him finish as second top scorer with 15 goals to his name and during June 2014 was rewarded with a contract. September 2014 saw him leave for First Division South Stafford Rangers on a one-month loan deal, before eventually making the move permanent in January when his contract with Rushall was mutually terminated. Towards the end of the 2014-15 campaign he also featured briefly for Darlaston Town 1874, before transferring to Chasetown during summer 2015 and again later featuring for Darlaston towards the end of season 2015-16.
