RUSHALL Olympic came from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Soham Town Rangers in the Emirates FA Cup first round qualifying at Dales Lane.
The visitors went close in the ninth minute when Victor Adeboyejo showed good feet to break into the area only for his effort to be cleared off the line by Henry Eze.
There was another scare for The Pics shortly afterwards when Jose Veiga strayed out of his goal and had Eze to thank for an important clearance in front of goal.
The deadlock was finally broken on the quarter-hour mark when Darren Foxley fired home at the far post to give the visitors a deserved lead.
Soham managed to double their advantage on 25 minutes when Lewis McDonald pumped the ball into the danger zone and it found its way into the net via a slight deflection along the way.
The arrears were reduced just past the half-hour when a neat move ended with Dean Keates feeding Jordan Fitzpatrick who turned the ball home from close range.
The early exchanges of the second period saw Alex Reid go close for Rushall, whilst Salim Relizani fired over from a good position for the visitors.
It was a half of very few chances but The Pics managed to level two minutes from time when substitute, Stan Mugisha, forced the ball home from close range to set up a replay at Soham on Tuesday evening.
